Lettuce Stream Files DMCA Protection Registration and Publishes Copyright Workflow

The filing establishes a public verification record and gives creators, rights holders, and uploaders a clearer process for takedown notices, counter-notices, and repeat-infringer enforcement.

Chicago, Illinois — Lettuce Stream today announced that it has filed and published its DMCA.com Protection registration for the Lettuce ecosystem. The registration is listed as DMCA-1073198 and is available for public verification through DMCA.com.

The filing supports Lettuce Stream's broader copyright program for Lettuce Stream, Lettuce Clips, lettuce.id pages, Lettuce Music, Lettuce Mail, and other Lettuce-hosted experiences. It pairs the public registration with a copyright-agent inbox at sean@lettucestream.com and a published takedown workflow.

Under the workflow, rights holders can submit notices identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing Lettuce URL, contact details, and the required good-faith and accuracy statements. Lettuce Stream logs notices, verifies required elements, disables or removes verified material expeditiously, and notifies the uploader with counter-notice instructions.

Uploaders who believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification can submit a counter-notice through the same copyright-agent channel. Lettuce Stream will forward valid counter-notices to the original claimant and may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the claimant notifies Lettuce Stream that it has filed an action seeking a court order.

The company also published a repeat-infringer policy. Verified takedowns that are not successfully counter-noticed can result in warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or account termination, with strike history tracked across Lettuce surfaces.

"Copyright trust matters for creators and rights holders," said the Lettuce Stream team. "This filing makes our protection status visible, centralizes reporting, and gives everyone a plain-language process for resolving claims quickly and fairly."

Lettuce Stream's full DMCA policy, designated-agent details, takedown checklist, counter-notice requirements, repeat-infringer policy, and verification link are available at lettucestream.com/dmca.
